Policies

At our Hair Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their YHQ Salon experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible. Please Read Below: 


A mask is required. I ask that you bring 𝗡𝗼 extra guest; You will be asked to reschedule. 𝗡𝗼 deposit refunds. 𝗡𝗼 children unless they are being serviced. Please arrive on time. There’s an additional fee added to your service for client’s who arrive 𝟭𝟱 minutes after their scheduled appointment. After 𝟭𝟱minutes if I am not notified of your arrival your appt will be canceled and rescheduled in consideration for clients that are scheduled after you.
